Kevin Quinn is one of the Directors on the ORM Board and while he specialises in the Financial world by day, he is an avid sportsman in his sparetime. He wanted to combine his passion for sport with the cause that means everything to him – supporting children. He is participating in and dedicating this challenge to children with special needs and terminal illness while pushing himself to his fitness limits.

HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.

He will Run 1Km, Ski 1Km, Run 1M, 50M Sled pull, Run 1km, 50m Sled push, Run 1 km, 80m Burpee Jump, Run 1Km, Row 1km, Run 1km, Carry 200m, Run 1km, 100m Lunge, Run 1 km, Wall balls.
